About the Site

Ancient mythologies are rampant with LGBTQIA themes. I believe you can learn about a society throught the stories they tell, and I believe the stories I have on this site bring to light that the traditional historical narrative on queerness is lacking. In Judeo-Christian narrative queer and trans folk are seen as other, abnormal and unnatural. The Inuit creation myth is a story of two Gay lovers birthing the first humans. Many gods and goddesses are intersex, trans or androgynous. Hindu gods change gender and have fluid sexualities. The purpose of this site is to tell the stories that prove that queer and trans folk are not other, but have been gods and goddesses. Creators of humanity, and patrons of lovers. It's time to read new stories.
